Best dinner of my life. We had the multiple courses prix fix option with wine pairings. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind to us. We loved the keepsake menus celebrating our engagement, and the copy of the wine list we received! When I couldn't stop complimenting the brioche bread, they gave us extra to take home. We went home satiated but not stuffed - they knew just the right amount of food. Everything was delicious and I'm not that adventurous of an eater. We loved the ambiance and atmosphere, though it would have been nice if the other guests present had respected the dress code and been off their phones, given there was so much to appreciate. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Update 11-05-2024 After 2,5 years we decided to come back to this amazing restaurant and we were not disappointed! Had a lovely evening with amazing food and incredible staff! We will definitely come back again! Thank you all so much! September 2021: We had the tasting menu and it was amazing!! The best food with great wines, wonderful staff and great setting. Just a perfect night out. Staff was very friendly and attentive and go out of their way to make you feel at home! And the food? Just out of this world! If you have the change to eat here, please do so! You won’t regret it!

Nice food in a may be too classic atmosphere. Extreme attention to details but the portions were minuscule and the wine pairing with local wines was not worth it. We enjoyed it but ended up hungry even though we went for the long menu. I don’t think it is worth it but may be it was because our expectations were so high.

Exquisite! Lots of little cultural takes on the canaries, paired with amazing wine and word class service. We has the big peomas tasting and the big wine package. Wonderful food, and the pallet cleanser was just fantastic. We celebrated a birthday and got a little extra cake. 6/5 for the combined experience.

Flawless old school Michelin star style dining. The service is exemplary and the room spacious yet intimate. It is increasingly rare to see this beautiful style of choreographed yet friendly service. Fantastic value for money, especially with the extensive wine list including many stellar local Canarian wines. Every dish was elegantly plated and seasoned to highlight the local ingredients of the Canary islands. Wonderful.

A wonderful tasting menu that was both delicious and inventive, accompanied by top-tier hospitality and attention to detail. Located inside a stunning hotel that is worth exploring before or after your meal. Highlights were the cherne dish and the corn taco dessert, though not a single bad dish in the whole menu. Thank you to the entire staff. Highly recommended.
